Share Accounts
Credit Unions are owned by it’s members,
therefore, your accounts at the Credit Union are called
shares because they represent your share in the Credit
Union.
Share Savings
This account is the primary account
for all members. You must open a share account in order
to utilize the wide array of other services offered. This
account must have a minimum balance of $5.00 to remain
an active account. A balance of $25.00 is required if you
have a loan. There is a $1.00 fee to join and dividends
are paid monthly.
Share Certificates
Share Certificates
are a great way to save while earning a higher dividend
rate. Minimum deposit is $1,000.00 with terms ranging from
90 days up to 3 years.
Share Draft (Checking)
Our Share
Draft account offers you a low cost, convenient way to
manage all your financial needs. A “Senior” account
is also available.

Roth IRA’s are available at competitive rates with
a minimum of $5.00 to open.
Club Accounts
Christmas Club
and Back to School Club accounts make Christmas and or
school season more enjoyable and stress free. Put away
a few dollars each payday and start shopping when your
ready! Checks containing the balance in the Back to School
accounts are issued to you on the first business day in
August and the first business day in December for Christmas
Clubs. The accounts remain open for you to continue to
save for next year. These accounts require a $5.00 deposit
to open and dividends are paid monthly.
Lending
All GPCU
loans are processed at the credit union. There you will
receive the great personal service, quick response time
and easy application process you can expect from your Credit
Union. All loans are simple interest with no pre-payment
penalty. Credit life and disability insurance coverage
is available at a small monthly premium to make your payments
or the balance depending on the circumstances. Payroll
deduction or automatic payments are also available. Types
